Product: HP Deskjet 3755

To connect my printer to my school’s Wifi, I first need the MAC address for the printer, but I cannot find it anywhere. It is not listed anywhere on the device itself, and it was not listed when I printed the information page as previously recommended to similar questions. The only information the information sheet gave me were the serial number and Printer PIN. How do I located my printer’s MAC address?

Hi,

Make sure the wireless radio is on, with a blinking wireless radio, if it is off be sure to press the wireless button to turn it on.

 

Next, press and hold the Information ( i ) and Cancel ( x ) buttons for 3 seconds, a Network Configuration page prints.

 

You will find the Hardware Mac Address within the 8702.11 Wireless section.
