MAC address for HP M140w Laser printer

I'm part of a Regus office wifi network and need to add the MAC address for all devices. Having trouble doing it with my MFP M140w laser printer.

Printers like the M140w are designed to work best on a private or standard office/home Wi-Fi network. On managed or public-style networks such as Regus, coworking, hotel, or enterprise guest Wi-Fi, connection support is limited because:

• MAC filtering and device whitelisting are controlled by the network administrator
• Client isolation is often enabled (devices cannot see each other)
• Captive portals/login pages cannot be completed by printers
• Firewall rules may block printer discovery and printing ports

Because of these restrictions, only the Regus / local IT network administrator can fully enable printer access.

That said, here are the correct HP steps to get the MAC address and attempt a connection:

How to find the printer MAC address (M140w)

Method: Print Network Configuration Page
1️⃣ Turn the printer ON
2️⃣ Press and hold the Wireless button + Black Copy button together for about 5 seconds
3️⃣ The printer will print a network/configuration page
4️⃣ Look for:

• Wireless MAC Address
• Wi-Fi MAC
• Hardware Address

Provide that MAC address to the Regus IT team for whitelisting.

Important network requirements

Ask the Regus IT team to confirm:

• 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is available
• No captive portal login required
• Device-to-device communication is allowed
• Printing ports are open
• Multicast / Bonjour is allowed for macOS discovery

Public and managed coworking networks often block printer discovery by design, so this is not a printer fault.

the information about the MAC address is not printed, when I try it in the decribed way. 

Is there another way to find out the MA address of the printer 

HP LaserJet MFP M140w ?
