I am trying to find the MAC address on a 4100 series HP printer. It is less than 1 year old and straight from the box from Currys.

I have found all the labels on the printer but none have the MAC address. When searching on google it says it is on the labels. It is not. Please can you help.

Hi,

Please make sure the wireless radio is on, you should see a solid or blinking blue light when it is on.

If it is off, press the wireless button and it should power on.

 

Next, print and evaluate a Network Configuration Page, you will find the Hardware Address (MAC) within the 8.2.11 Wireless Section:

Yes the blinking blue light is on Yes I have printed a configuration page, No, it is not written on there.

It has "No. 20 - Host - HPOFC938" ? is that it?

It says 17. Ready
