Hello,
hopefully someone can help me, since the virtual chat is no help at all, no real customer support available, next service center is a 400km drive.
My problem is as follows:
Bought the MFP 135w printer and of course I want to connect it to my WIFI network.
Using HP Smart won't find the printer at all wirelessly. (Windows + Android)
USB connection works without problems.
Wifi Direct connection is working, but that is rather inconvenient.
Via android phone it tries to set up a temporary network and setup the printer, but then fails doing so (getting stuck at retrieving printer's ip adress).
Used the WPS button on my router and the printer...even after hours of trying it only states "Connecting...Failed to connect".
Used the EWS platform to manually insert the WIFI login (tried for the home station as well as the repeater) - No connection afterwards
Trying to connect to a 2,4GHZ network, but 5GHZ would also be available.
WIFI signal on printer is just flashing blue, but never remains constant.
This is not a driver issue on my own PC!
Please do not post this standard solutions already stated in the manual, e.g. turn on and off, reinstall drivers, install diagnostic tool...

I am aware that the printer only accepts 2,4 GHZ networks and i can offer the router and the extender network, but it wont connect to either one of those.
Unfortunately the printer appears not to have such a wizard mode.
I can access the WIFI settings, but there is no Wizard. Options are to turn the wifi on/off, WPS, WIFI Signal (which states "Signal lost") or WIFI Standard, which resets the settings, but no Installation Wizard. Also checked menues above.
