Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need assistance getting Windows to recognize this Printer - Alas, I have no working Telephone, and MUST talk Online Chat to fix this! - I have tried to Install any Software HP provides, yet I cannot resolve this! - I have tried for WEEKS to fix this! - Thanks in advance for any Assistance! - GSS
