Hi @Jesset77,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The default administrator password for the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301sdw printer is usually set to "admin" or sometimes it can be blank (no password). If these don't work, here are some steps you can take.

Check the Printer Manual: Look for a user manual that came with the printer. The default password is often mentioned there.

Factory Reset: If you've changed the password and forgotten it, you may need to perform a factory reset. This will restore the printer to its original settings, including the default password. However, this will erase any custom settings you've configured.

To perform a factory reset:

  • Press the Home button on the printer.
  • Navigate to Setup (the gear icon).
  • Scroll down to Printer Maintenance or Service.
  • Select Restore Factory Defaults.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
