Product: LaserJet MFP M725
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I am accessing the LaserJet MFP M725 via a web browser from a Mac. When I go to HP Web Services, I get a message:

 

"Web Services (HPConnected.com connection) has been disabled by the device administrator using Web JetAdmin

Please contact the Administrator for further information"

 

The button to enable WP web services is dimmed. We have no Windows machines, so I don't know how it could have been disabled using Web JetAdmin. How can I enable web services for this printer?
