Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Canon MG6320 printer that does print a test page via my computer, but will not even add a print job to my queue. I've deleted and re-installed my printer many times, I've downloaded new drivers, updated and restarted my computer.. Troubleshooting can't find any issues. Please help! I have it connected via ethernet cord AND USB. directly to my laptop. wireless has been incredibly inconsistent.
