HERE IS THE MESSAGE I GOT FROM WIRELESS TEST RESULTS: MORE THAN ONE ACCESS POINT ROUTER HAS BEEN FOUND THAT MATCHES YOUR WIRELESS NETWORK NAME. I CONFIRMED THAT MY LAPTOP IS CONNECTED WITH A 5GHz AND THE PRINTER IS CONNECTED TO A 2.5 GHz. I DON'T A HAVE ADMINISTRATOR ACCESS TO CHANGE THE NAMES. WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THE PROBLEM SO I CAN USE MY PRINTER?

Hi,

Please contact your router service provider to change such to use the printer wirelessly, similar SSIDs will not allow a proper wireless communication of the computer with the printer.
