Hi @JohnnyPZSr,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

I understand your HP OFFICEJET PRO 8030 stopped working.

To help you get your HP OfficeJet Pro 8030 up and running, please let me know what exactly happens when you try to use it. Is it completely dead with no lights, turns on but shows an error message, or anything else?

The more details you provide, the better we'll understand the problem and the faster we can resolve it!

Meanwhile, let's try a few fixes that might help.

While the printer is powered on, disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.

Unplug the other end of the cord from the wall outlet.

Wait for at least 60 seconds.

Reconnect the power cord to the wall outlet first, then plug it back into the printer.

Press the Power button to turn the printer back on if it does not start automatically.

Open the ink cartridge access door to ensure there are no jams and that cartridges are seated properly.

Make sure you are using genuine HP ink cartridges, as third-party chips can sometimes cause a sudden stop in functionality.

Check the paper tray to ensure there are no paper jams or misaligned sheets.

Let me know if that helped.

Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀

Best regards,

Kuroi_Kenshi
