Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

MY HP PRINTER ENVEY 7855 GOES TO BLUE SCREEN AND STOPS BLUE TOOTH RECEPTION.  I HAVE DELETED AND REINSTALLED THE SOFTWARE WITH NO CHANGE.  SERIAL NUMBER [Personal Information Removed].  I HAVE ALSO HAD A SCAN DONE ON MY COMPUTER AND THE PRINTER SEARCHING FOR ANY VIRUSES.  OTHER IDEAS?

Please note that this printer does not support Bluetooth printing.

You may print Wi-fi direct option does not require internet. 

 

You may follow the steps from this video to print using the wi-fi direct option.
