Product: MacBook Pro
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Since I changed routers, my MacBook Pro is unable to see/find either of my HP printers that were previously connected. At first both were listed in the printer location but nothing was printing, so I removed them thinking I would reinstall (which I've had to do periodically in the past). Now neither one even shows up as an option. I've tried searching, changing IP addresses to find them, but nothing is showing up. What do I do next?

To assist you better, what model printer are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

Do you have a personal wireless router?
