Product: HP Officejet Pro 6830 all-in-one
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Trying to change my printers network. When I try, the printer says those elements have been locked, see the administrator. I'M THE ADMINISTRATOR AND I DID NOT LOCK ANYTHING. 

Need some serious HELP.

I understand that your printer is locked.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
