Product: HP Officejet 4620 e-All-in-One Printer
I have had a lot of trouble with this printer. I get some lines in the graphics, which is annoying. Every once in a while, it decides it is going to be indictable online. Sometimes, when I try and adjust prefs in Word (for instance), it freezes the program and gives me an error. Sometimes the printer freezes trying to display a message saying what looks like to turn it off but it can't display the whole thing.
I have tried using HP doctor but it tells me the issue can't be resolved with the app. It tells me there is a que issue. The app wants me to uninstall and reinstall from the website, but there is no support for this model.
