Hi, I tried to send a pdf to the printer by email and I got a printed page saying:
"Important: The following messages addressed to you are currently on hold. The Mimecast Personal Portal helps you manage your Mimecast On Hold email queu e in real-time."
I need to click on "Release" but i can't since the link is on paper. I tried to figure out how to enter on "Mimecast personal portal", without success.
Logging to my https://www.hpsmart.com/ , it says that e-print access is "open to everyone" (never changed it).
Can someone help me to on how to enter to the Mimecast personal portal?
