Hi @JudyF3,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

I understand that you are having issues with the connectivity.

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.

Is it a private (Home network) or a public Wi-Fi connection? Wi-Fi direct? Or Hotspot?

If your HP DeskJet Plus 4152 All-in-One Printer connects to your desktop but not to your phone and iPad after a wireless outage, follow these steps to reconnect the mobile devices:

1. Reconnect Printer to Wi-Fi:

  • Since your wireless network had an outage, the printer may not be correctly connected to the Wi-Fi network.
  • On the printer, press and hold the Wireless button (or Wi-Fi icon) for 3-5 seconds until the light starts blinking.
  • Press the WPS button on your Wi-Fi router within 2 minutes to reconnect the printer to the network.

2. Check Printer's Wireless Connection:

  • Print a Wireless Network Test Report:
    • On your printer’s control panel, press and hold the Information button for 3 seconds.
    • The report will show whether the printer is connected to the Wi-Fi. If not, repeat Step 1.
  • Verify that the printer and mobile devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

3. Reconnect Mobile Devices to Printer:

  • On your phone and iPad, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, and ensure they are connected to the same network as the printer.
  • Open the HP Smart app on your devices.
  • If the printer isn’t showing up, select Add Printer and follow the on-screen steps to reconnect the printer.

4. Reset Printer Network Settings (if necessary):

  • If the printer still doesn’t connect, reset its network settings:
    • On the printer, press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button together for 3 seconds.
    • Reconnect the printer to Wi-Fi as in Step 1.

5. Restart Router and Devices:

  • Restart your Wi-Fi router by unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in.
  • Restart your mobile devices to refresh network settings.

After these steps, your mobile devices should reconnect to the wireless printer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
