Product: HP ENVY 6458e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The printer will not stay online. i have contact HP Support several times since I purchased it last January. Between Dec, 2023 and today I have had at least 6 case numbers opened. Eventually, the agent was able to get the printer online, but within1 or 2 days it goes off. The wireless icon is on all the time. I tried contacting  HP Support just now, but it's unavailable. Any guidance would be appreciated (short of tossing it into the garbage and buying an Epson or some other device.)
