Please follow the steps listed below to restore the printer to its network defaults and then reconnect to the wireless network.

Step 1: Restore the printer to its network defaults.
1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).
2. Touch Network Setup.
3. Touch Restore Network Settings.
A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored.
4. Touch Yes.

Step 2: Re-connect the printer to the network.
1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch (Wireless).
2. Touch (Settings).
3. Touch Wireless Settings.
4. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard or Wi-Fi Protected Setup.

I have tried these steps repeatedly. When I try to connect to Web Services it gives me the message "No Internet Connection". My printer has been disconnected from HP Instant Ink since Monday, 11/21. Nothing has changed with my internet services. I get internet on all other devices (computers, phones, tablets, streaming devices, etc.). I can print wirelessly. I tried unplugging and restarting my printer and internet router. I did that multiple times and get the same "No Internet Connection".  I tried logging into my IP address and changing the DNS settings to the Google setting of 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4 as suggested in another post. I did that multiple times and get the same "No Internet Connection".  Is this a bigger HP issue as I see multiple posts all with the same issue since Monday, 11/21. I am at a loss of what to do.

I am using macOS Ventura version 13.0.1

There is not a private message icon next to my profile name. When I click on the link, I get a message in a red box that says, "You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action."

@Rainbow23, following up on my previous comment. I do not see a private message icon and the options under my profile name are "My Profile", "My Settings", "My Posts", and "My Subscriptions". There is nothing about private message anywhere.
