HP Color LaserJet Pro M252dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Dell computer will not print wirelessly.  My apple devices will.  The computer will print when the cord is attached.

The printer reads WiFI Direct On, Network WiFi on.  The computer and printer are both on the same Wifi connection.

I have reset, unplugged, replugged, turned off and disconnected  then reconnected and restarted everything.

Nothing has worked.

Under Connection Information, it reads: HP ePrint Off.    When you press it, It reads, "Access Denied, The service may be busy, Retry later, If the problem continues, check for firmware updates.  I have downloaded HP Smart and did all I can do.

Can anybody shed some light on this?  I was able to print wirelessly before our router was changed.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

Please follow the steps below to connect your printer to the network again as the service provider was changed.

1) Uninstall the HP smart app by click on this link from your Dell and Restart the computer to clear possible error conditions.

2) Refer to this link to use the HP smart app on your PC to add a printer.

Note: Enable Bluetooth for an HP Smart app setup: Enable Bluetooth on your computer or mobile device so that HP Smart can detect the printer during the setup.
