Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

4 or 5 times my Envy 7858 wireless has lost contact with settings.  It always says "out of paper".   I get on chat and download the same software  already installed and it usually starts working. It usually takes me  over 2 hours and I'm really tiring to be routine I have to go through.  There is suggestions that my interior is not clean enough. Phooey.   don't believe

Help me please because the time consuming routine is not working .
