HP ENVY 6000 All-in-One Printer series Goes to print Que but never gets to printer. The printer information report says Printer cannot print HP Smart gives me nothing. The report also says the printer is connected to the Wi-Fi network and This printer is connected to the internet. Help

The problem is solved. I appreciate the help from the community but all the “tech” solutions couldn’t compare to actually talk to a person in tech support. The problem was the instant ink trial I was talked in to when I bought my printer. Apparently HP recognized I still had a color
instant ink cartridge in the printer and stopped my printer from functioning. The tech support person told me to take the color cartridge out, and it started to print. I went to Office Depot and bought color ink, which I had been doing with black and everything is good. I will never use instant ink!!!
