Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

I have changed internet providers and set up a new wifi network for our Macs and phones. I am trying to get the M148 printer to connect to my new wifi netwrok. All the instructions tell me to find the Wireless Network Wizard in the printer's menu, but it's not there.

I have reset the network settings. The printer has now forgotten the old network.

There is no data cable connected.

I have disconnected the power and waited 60 seconds before restting the network settings.

There is no Wizard.

What now?

This video shows how to connect to the router using a smartphone

How to get reports such as the wireless info

It is usually possible to program the new router to use the same SSID, password and security type as the old one.  The printer would have connected but the ip address stored on the Mac would have been old.  This would not be a problem as the Mac would easily get the new IP address by simply searching for the printer.
