I've tried the suggestions offered of unplugging the printer and my router before trying the Setup Wizard to no avail. It did not work. Printer still does not find my WiFi router even though my computers, TVs and phones are connected to that WiFi.

 

In addition my WiFi router is right next to the printer so it can't be that the signal is not strong enough. I use Cox for my internet provider.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that your printer is not finding the WiFi connection, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
