When I am in my online bank account and try to print it only provides an "untitled page" when I tell it to print.  It is a blank page.  I am able to print from other sites without any problems.

Since you are able to print from other apps and other sites, this could be the bank's restrictions and security policies. You may have to contact your bank for further assistance.
