It's an OfficeJet Pro 9010e All-in-one. Bought and been use for over 3 months. From yesterday, I cannot scan using the HP app. The dashboard of the HP app shows that the printer is offline and that "scanning service is currently unavailable". I tried to reconnect following the instructions in your support link, but failed despite many many attempts. I confirm that the wireless connection network of my computer and the printer is the same. Very frustrating! Please help asap!
