Product: HP LaserJet P1005 Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a MFP 3101 but HP thinks that it's serial number is a P1005.  I believe that this is messing up my HP Smart account and I cannot access my MFP 3101 from HP Smart.  I have previously communicated with HP and told not to worry.  But as you can see, HP Smart thinks by printer is a P1005 which I do NOT have.  My serial number attaches to a P10056 not a 3101.
