My Laser printer control panel is not working, menu shows for one second and disappears what to do?

Laser printer 3301 fdw control panel is not displaying the setting and menu and I need to set up my WIFI, is there any other way to do it?

Restart the printer
Turn the printer off using the power button.
Wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on and allow it to fully initialize.

Perform a power reset
With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the rear.
Wait 60 seconds, reconnect the power cord, and turn the printer back on.

Check if the control panel is responsive after restart
Tap the screen gently once the printer is fully booted.
If the menu still flashes and disappears, this points to a control panel firmware or hardware issue.

Set up Wi-Fi using USB (no control panel needed)
Connect the printer to a computer using a USB cable.
Run the HP printer setup on the computer and choose Wireless setup when prompted—the software will configure Wi-Fi for the printer.

Use Wireless Direct / Wi-Fi reset from buttons (if available)
On many LaserJet models, pressing and holding the Wireless button for 5 seconds resets wireless settings.
After this, the printer enters Wi-Fi setup mode and can be configured from a computer.

Print a Network or Information page
If the printer buttons allow it, print an information or network page.
This helps confirm whether Wi-Fi is currently off and whether the printer is ready for setup.

Complete Wi-Fi setup from the computer
During setup, select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password on the computer.
