I'm pasting someone else's message here...I followed these instructions exactly but still get no Wireless Setup Wizard.  It was here when the printer was new, but I've changed wifi providers and cant find any way to connect printer to my new network.

Also, my OS is actually MacOS Ventura, but that's not one of the choices.

Product: laserjet pro mfp m148fdw

macOS 13. LaserJet Pro MFP M148. I'm trying to connect it to a wireless network with its touch screen, but when I'm in the Wireless Menu, there is no WIreless Setup Wizard. According to the guide, there should be one. What should I do?

I looked at the above post, followed the below instructions and nothing changed. What do I do

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

That's right. There should be a 'Wireless setup wizard' under the Wireless menu. Make sure there is no Ethernet cable connected to the printer.

Let us follow these steps:

Reset the printer

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  2. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  4. Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
  5. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.

On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network setup > Restore defaults

Go back to Network > Wireless > look for Wireless setup wizard.

If the issue persists, 'Run wireless test' available under the wireless menu.

Let me know how this goes.

Hi @pc4444,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to assist you.

I see that there is an issue with connecting your printer to the network and may need advance support as you have already performed the troubleshooting steps to fix it.

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.

I've sent you a private message with the instructions.
