Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

Hello, With all green check marks and Active statuses indicated ,my printer is still not printing.

I have read and went through all protocol, for troubleshooting ,none of these options have been successful. I am still unable to print even with good signal and active status on all ends. any solutions?

Page 5 of the users manual shows how to get a status report.

Can you print an info report?

Is this a new system? if so,  watch this video and see if it was set up correctly.

 

If you cannot get an info report, See if EWS can provide more information about the problem.
