Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand your printer is showing as offline. There are a few steps you can follow to resolve the issue:
 

Check the Printer Status:
 

  • On the Windows taskbar, click the Windows icon and then select Devices and Printers.
     
  • In the Devices and Printers window, right-click the name of your printer and select See What's Printing.

Ensure Printer is Not Paused or Offline:

 

  • On the print queue menu bar, click Printer.
     
  • Look for Pause Printing and Use Printer Offline items in the menu.
     
  • Make sure there is no checkmark next to either item. If there is, click to clear it.
