Hello @joyce1231, Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the HP Deskjet 3755 All-in-One Printer.

We appreciate the opportunity to assist you and are glad we could help work toward a resolution. We hope our support has been valuable.

Follow these steps in order. Try printing after each major step.

1. Restart everything

  1. Turn the printer off.
  2. Turn your computer off.
  3. Unplug the printer’s power cord from both the printer and the wall.
  4. Wait 60 seconds.
  5. Plug the printer back directly into a wall outlet (not a power strip).
  6. Turn the printer on.
  7. Turn your computer back on.

2. Put the printer on your new Wi‑Fi

Use the printer control panel to reset and reconnect it to your new network.

  1. On the printer, tap Menu.
  2. Go to Utilities > Settings > Network.
  3. Tap Restore Network Settings, then Restore.
  4. Tap Yes to confirm, then OK.
  5. Still in Network, tap Wi‑Fi.
  6. Next to Wi‑Fi Setup, tap Start.
  7. Select your new Wi‑Fi network from the list.
  8. Enter your Wi‑Fi password and tap OK.
  9. Tap Submit, then OK.

Wait until the Wi‑Fi light is solid blue (connected).

3. Fix “Driver unavailable” and add the printer again (Windows/macOS with HP app)

3.1 Install or update the HP app and drivers

  1. On your computer, go to 123.hp.com or your app store.
  2. Download and install the HP app / HP Smart for your DeskJet 3755.
  3. Follow the prompts to connect to your printer.

If asked whether it’s a new or existing printer, choose new and complete setup.

3.2 Run Diagnose & Fix (to repair drivers/connection)

  1. Open the HP app / HP Smart on your computer.
  2. Click your printer, then choose Diagnose & Fix (or from the Printers menu select Diagnose & Fix).
  3. Click Start and wait for it to complete.
  4. Follow any instructions it gives to fix problems.

3.3 Remove and re‑add the printer in the HP app

If it still shows “Driver unavailable” or Offline:

  1. Make sure the printer is on and connected to the same Wi‑Fi as the computer.
  2. Close and reopen the HP app.
  3. Remove the printer: - In the HP app: click your printer, scroll down, click Remove from app.
  4. Click Add Printer (+) and follow the prompts to add the printer again

If you tell me whether you’re on Windows or Mac, I can give more specific click‑by‑click steps for fixing the “driver unavailable” part.

Have a great day!
