Hi @nw90,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

As your HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202w won’t connect to Wi-Fi because of a password issue, follow these steps to update your Wi-Fi password and reconnect the printer:

Change Your Wi-Fi Password

If you need to change your Wi-Fi password, follow these steps based on your router:

  1. Open a web browser and type 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 (your router’s IP address).
  2. Log in with your router admin credentials (check the router label if you don’t know them).
  3. Navigate to Wireless Settings or Wi-Fi Settings.
  4. Look for Wi-Fi Password or Security Key and update it.
  5. Save the settings and restart your router.

Reconnect Your Printer to Wi-Fi

Reset Printer Network Settings:

  • On the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for 10 seconds until the wireless light blinks.
  • This resets the network settings.

Use HP Smart App to Reconnect:

  • Download HP Smart on your phone or computer.
  • Open the app and tap Set Up a New Printer.
  • Follow the instructions to connect to Wi-Fi using the new password.

Manually Connect via Control Panel (If Available):

  • On the printer, go to Setup > Network Setup > Wireless Setup Wizard.
  • Select your Wi-Fi and enter the new password.

After updating the Wi-Fi settings, try printing a test page. Let me know if you need more help! 😊

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?"—your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍

Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀
