The last 2 weeks I've had every kind of connection issue with my printer.  10 minute print times; if they even print at all.  Smart HP can't see my printer.  Reset, power cycle, restarts....nothing works.  It might work once every time I reset but I can't do this every time.  This is on the back of another issue and I'm ready to send this printer in for warranty service or another printer.  Absolutely unacceptable.  Never had these kinds of issues with other printers.

What is the version of the Hp smart app?


Please update the HP smart app and also update the Mac os from here
