My printer an ENVY 5640e has always worked great until it suddenly became undetectable. I have tried all the trouble shooting options, print doctor, HP 123 and online ones, nothing works. I printed a configuration report from the printer which confirmed it was on the same network as my computer. The IP address shown on the printer is 192.168.1.80 on my computer its 192.168.1.180, but I assume it has always been like this. Whats the answer anyone.

I've had this same issue for months. It only affects my HP laptop with Win 10. My Dell laptop works great with the same printer. Go figure. I've also tried every HP suggestion and some others to boot, but nothing works. HP installation software for their printers really sucks. My next printer will definitely NOT be an HP.
