@Dawnparry, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP Printer ink order!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your HP printer’s mobile app is notifying you that your ink levels are low, you can use the app to order new ink cartridges directly. Here’s a general guide on what to do:

Check Ink Levels: Confirm that your printer is indeed low on ink through the mobile app. Most HP printers will notify you about low ink levels automatically.

Order New Ink: Use the feature within the app to place an order for new ink cartridges. Usually, there should be an option to order ink when you check the ink levels.

Alternative Ordering Methods:

  • If you prefer not to order via the app, you can visit HP's official website and navigate to the "Ink & Toner" section to place an order there.
  • Alternatively, you can purchase HP ink cartridges from authorized retailers online or in physical store locations.

Installation: Once you receive your new ink cartridges, follow the printer’s manual or instructions provided in the app to install the new cartridges.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
