Product: HP DeskJet 4158e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have not been able to connect my printer since changing the ink cartridges. I uninstalled and installed my printer 4158e and now it's telling me "DRIVERS UNAVAILABLE" 

WHY? 

All I did was change the Ink Cartridges.  I also have a new Modem/Router with another provider. 

What's going on I need to printer a few Medical Referrals and I've been trying to connect since 2pm. 

I'm very frustrated. Help!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I understand that you are facing connectivity issues. I’d like to help!

 

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only

 

Try restoring to factory defaults and see if that works. Click here

 

Also, update the firmware. Click here
