I have the following issue. My printer was working fine until yesterday. It's shown offline and the problem is when I try to reconnect it wirelessly it doesn't recognise my wifi router, but only mine not in general. My ssid isn't hidden. I have uninstalled the s/w, rebooted the printer and router, reinstalled the printer drivers, but still nothing. It only connects via USB. Do you have any other ideas? Thank you in advance!

Hi @MirtoK97,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you've already done quite a bit of troubleshooting. Here are a few more steps you can try to resolve the issue with your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 4675.
Check Printer Firmware: Make sure your printer’s firmware is up-to-date. Sometimes, firmware updates can resolve connectivity issues. You can usually check for updates through the HP Smart app or HP Support website.
Reconfigure Wireless Settings:
- On the printer’s control panel, go to the Wireless Setup Wizard (often found under the Wireless or Network settings).
- Reconnect to your Wi-Fi network by selecting your SSID and re-entering the password. This ensures the printer attempts a fresh connection to your network.
Reset Network Settings:
- Perform a network reset on the printer. This is usually done through the printer’s settings menu. It will clear any stored network settings and allow you to set up the connection from scratch.
Check Router Settings:
- Ensure your router is not blocking the printer’s MAC address. Some routers have MAC address filtering that might inadvertently block new devices.
- Check for any recent changes in router settings that might affect connectivity.
Change Wi-Fi Channel:
- If your router has many devices connected, it might be helpful to change the Wi-Fi channel to reduce interference. This can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.
Test with Another Network:
- If possible, try connecting the printer to a different Wi-Fi network (e.g., a mobile hotspot). This can help determine if the issue is with your router or the printer itself.
Check for Interference:
- Make sure there are no large metal objects or other electronics between the printer and router that could be causing interference.
Printer IP Address:
- Check if the printer is obtaining an IP address from your router. You can often find this information in the printer's network settings. If not, you might need to assign a static IP address to the printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
