Hi @Orland1

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand how frustrating it feels when your HP 2755e shows as offline, especially when you’re ready to print. Thank you for already checking and noticing the offline status—it shows real attentiveness.

Let’s go step by step to bring the printer back online:

1. Check the basics

  • Make sure the printer is powered on and the Wi‑Fi light on the control panel is solid (not blinking).
  • If the light is off or blinking, reconnect the printer to your wireless network.

2. Reconnect the printer to Wi‑Fi

  • On the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for 5 seconds until the light starts blinking.
  • Within 2 minutes, press the WPS button on your router.
  • The wireless light should turn solid once connected.
  • Alternatively, you can reconnect using the HP App on your Windows PC: open the app → add printer → follow prompts to connect.

3. Set printer online in Windows

  • On your PC, go to Control Panel → Devices and Printers.
  • Right‑click your HP 2755e → select See what’s printing.
  • In the menu, uncheck Use Printer Offline if it is selected.

4. Run Diagnose & Fix in HP App

  • Open the HP App on your computer.
  • Select your printer → Printer Settings → Diagnose & Fix.
  • This tool automatically checks connectivity and resets the printer status.

5. Update drivers and firmware

You’ve already shown great care in troubleshooting. These steps will refresh the connection and bring your printer back online. Would you like me to also share how to print a Network Configuration Page directly from the printer? That can confirm whether the printer is properly connected to your router before you try printing again.
