Let's get your HP DeskJet 2752e printer back online. This issue is usually caused by a communication problem between the printer and your computer. Here are some steps to help you reconnect:

Check Printer Status

  • Make sure the printer is powered on and has no error lights.
  • If it's connected via Wi-Fi, ensure it's connected to the correct network (same as your PC).

Restart Devices

  • Restart your printer, computer, and Wi-Fi router.
  • This often resolves temporary connectivity issues.

Set Printer Online in Windows

  1. On your PC, press Windows + R, type control printers, and press Enter.
  2. Right-click your HP DeskJet 2752e printer.
  3. If you see "Use Printer Offline" checked, click it to uncheck.
  4. Set it as Default Printer if not already.

Reconnect or Reinstall the Printer

If the issue persists:

  • Open Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
  • Remove the printer.
  • Re-add it by clicking Add a printer or scanner.
