My 2810e printer keeps going offline. I have tried restarting the router and the printer. They are not connecting. Been sitting here for one hour at least now, still no joy. Any help please???

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are getting an Offline error on the HP Deskjet 2810e printer and are not able to use it. Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing.

Please try the steps shared below and let me know if this helps.
 

1. Restart Devices:

  • Turn off the printer and disconnect it from the power supply. 
  • Restart your computer. 
  • If using a network connection, restart your router as well. 
  • Turn the printer back on and try to print. 


2. Update the Firmware: Click Here
