My Printer lost its internet connection.  I can't get it to reconnect.

Thank you for sharing that—and I’m really sorry your printer lost its internet connection. Let’s get a clearer picture so we can pinpoint what’s causing the disconnect:

  • Which HP printer model are you using?
  • Is it connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet?
  • Are you trying to reconnect it using the HP App or directly from the printer’s control panel?
  • Does the printer show any error messages or blinking lights related to the network?
  • Have there been any recent changes to your Wi-Fi network (new router, password change, moved devices)?
  • Are other devices on the same network working normally?
