I can't print wireless anymore and the printer doesn't show a wifi connection (blue light isn't on). When I run the diagnostics, it says, "you cannot use the device's wireless function because it has been disabled. For more information, contact your network administrator or the person that set up the device." I set it up and it was working fine.

I had the same thing happen on my 9010. The solution was to use the web GUI for the printer . In order to access the web gui you would need to connect the Ethernet cable or perhaps a WiFi direct connection would allow that access too.
Let’s say you connect the Ethernet cable. The get the IP address of the printer by printing a status page via the touchscreen. Open a web browser and go to that IP address.
from in the gui you can go to advanced / administrative settings and enable all or at least wireless infrastructure . Then click apply
