My printer shows off line when I go to print from my e mail

I can print a test page from HP app, but when I go to print anything from on line it shows the printer is OFF LINE.  How do I get it back on line.  I have tried everything I know which is probably not much to fix it.  Please help.

 I have tried everything. See pic below even with the printer offline being unticked, it seems to be the name of the printer still showing offline even though it isn't.  Thank you.

Question: Any system changes before the problem starts (Example: Operating System Update, Software installation);

Answer: my internet was slow a few days ago l contacted my provider who said that the configuration caused the issue we did a speed test and so he had to do a few things to change the configuration at his end. After that, the speed was quicker so l don't know if changing the configuration at his end would have anything to do with the printer.

I show the same thing.  How did you get it fixed.  It eventually goes to on line, but another day or two and its back to off line.
