Product: Deskjet 3720

We have just switched off our NBN connection and have set up a Telstra Netgear Nighthawk to use for our Wifi as we are travelling.

The printer will not pick up the connection even though my laptop, phones and TV do.  

I have tried switching from just 5ghz to dual band and now to just 2.4 ghz and the printer stil wont see the wifi.

I have done the reset by pushing the wifi button and X button together with no luck

Any suggestions as I am about to bin this printer as it was working fine up until now grrrrrrrrr
