Product: Hp Officejet 6700 Premium

My printer will not print, and it is asking for a proxy number and passcode.  How do I find them?  Is it in the printer or my desktop?  The printer is wireless.

The error message reads:

The printer could not connect to the server.  Check the Internet connection.  If required, enter a proxy address; ensure the proxy details are correct and retry.

 

Also, under the proxy authentication it asks for username and password.

 

I appreciate your help.  I thank you tremendously.
