This printer will print from a mobile device but not my laptop.  I read the previous "tips" but the links posted are not working links.

Are they (printer and laptop) connected ? What is the error message when you send a job to printer from laptop  ?

Yes.  I have went through all the steps that HP has suggested.  I would love to talk to a person about the $200 paperweight I have sitting here.  Getting a resolution should not be this difficult.  I need my printer to work from home.
