Hi @SJF6

Welcome to the HP Support Community! Thanks for posting your query!

We're here to help you get back up and running.

I hear your concern, and I appreciate you sharing that the issue started after switching to AT&T fiber. To understand the situation fully and isolate the cause, let’s gather some details first:

  • Which HP Smart Tank model are you using?
  • Are you trying to print from a Windows computer, a mobile device, or both?
  • How is the printer currently connected—Wi-Fi, USB, or Ethernet?
  • When you attempt to print, do you see any error messages on the printer’s display or in the HP App?
  • Is the printer showing as online in the HP App or on your computer’s printer list?
  • Did you change your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) or password when moving to AT&T fiber?
  • Have other devices (like phones or laptops) successfully connected and are able to use the new fiber Wi-Fi?

Once we have this information, we’ll be able to pinpoint whether the issue is with the printer’s connection, the new router settings, or the device you’re printing from. Could you share these details so we can narrow down the cause?

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
