Hi @Dane8,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M29w printer is showing as offline after a change in the Wi-Fi system, you may need to reconnect it to the new network. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you reconnect your printer.

  • Start by turning on your printer and making sure it is in a ready state.
  • On your computer or mobile device, navigate to the Wi-Fi settings and connect to the new Wi-Fi network that you want your printer to connect to. Ensure that you have the correct network name (SSID) and password.
  • On the printer's control panel, locate and press the "Wireless" or "Wi-Fi" button. This should initiate the wireless setup wizard.
  • The printer will search for available Wi-Fi networks. Select the new Wi-Fi network from the list displayed on the printer's control panel.
  • If prompted, enter the password for the new Wi-Fi network using the printer's control panel. Use the on-screen keyboard or arrow keys to navigate and enter the password.
  • Once you have entered the correct password, select "OK" or "Connect" on the printer's control panel.
  • The printer will attempt to connect to the new Wi-Fi network. It may take a few moments to establish the connection.
  • Once the connection is established, the printer should display a confirmation message or an indicator that it is now connected to the Wi-Fi network.
  • To ensure the printer is properly connected, you can print a test page or any document to verify that it is functioning correctly.

By following these steps, you should be able to reconnect your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M29w printer to the new Wi-Fi network and resolve the offline status.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
