My printer cannot find my Wireless Network, it is finding the networks of all my neighbors just fine. I have tried manually typing the network in...exactly with uppercase letters and everything, I have tried unplugging the router and printer, moving the printer to another room,  restoring network setting, refreshing the search for wireless routers......I moved recently and at my old house it connected to the network just fine with my old network and old router, but cannot even find my new network. Everything else in my house found the network just fine.

Looks like it ONLY supports 2.4GHz networks. Please allow your router to broadcast dual bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz, it will "see" your 2.4GHz network and allow you to connect.

HP told me printer supports BOTH bands, so this is not the cause (maybe the distance, or using any unsupported network security..

Regards.
