I have been searching for the way to factory reset or administer reset the ews login credentials. I try every few months to get ahold of people at home for help and they have never been able to help me get these reset. I have tried all kinds of steps on a lot of forums and they all end up with a message saying that up has to send them the reset information in a private message. It also states that this can brick the printer if done wrong, that is a chance that I am willing to take. Please if someone has any ideas on how to reset the ews username and password on a deskjet 3722 I ask for your assistance.

@sblindorff, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand you are not able to make changes to the settings on the printer. We need to perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
